Axel about the career opportunities at ITK


For 10 years, Axel has overseen staff development and the growth of ITK as a company. As leader of strategic personnel development, he is responsible for our managerial processes, for holding staff workshops, and acting as a coach and mentor to each of our teams.  One of his main goals is to discover the right path for each employee while balancing the growth, relationships, processes and corporate culture at ITK.   That’s not all he is responsible for, however.  Watch our video and discover what other tasks Axel has to accomplish as leader of strategic personnel development.
